What we do with your details
Booking a guide means telling us how to reach you. That is the whole of what we keep.
What is collected
- The name you give, and one email address or mobile number.
- What you asked for: the date, the group size, the services and the areas.
- Anything you type into the notes box.
What is done with it
It is shown to the guide you picked, so they can decide whether to take the booking and can reach you about it. Nobody else sees it. It is not sold, not shared with an advertiser, and not used to send you anything you did not ask for.
Where it is kept
In one database file on the server that runs this site. The list of requests is behind a password and is not reachable from the public site without one.
Getting it deleted
Email hello@willyoubemyguide.com with your booking reference and the request is deleted. There is no account to close, because this site has no accounts.
What the site does not do
No advertising trackers, no analytics script, no cookies. The site loads nothing from anyone else, so no third party learns that you visited.
